Registration Forms

 Registration for the 2024-2025 school year opened on February 26, 2024, and will be processed on a first-come, first served basis. Priority will be given in the order of current students, siblings, church members, and new families. A  child assessment will be scheduled once your application has been received. 

 Your child is considered enrolled when all required registration forms have been signed, a child assessment has been conducted, and the registration fee has been paid.  You will receive an invitation to the Co-op upon acceptance.

The registration fee is payable when you receive an invitation to join Living Hope Academe.
